Villa Sophia’s olive grove is located in the Southwestern region of Spain known as Extremadura.The olive grove focuses on the production of high-quality Manzanilla table olives.
Our olives are harvested in their ideal state for further processing. After the pit is removed, the olive is then filled with anchovy. This addition compliments the delicate flavor of the olive and gives it its excellent, unique taste making it the perfect appetizer for any party.
The manzanilla olive is a nutritious and healthy addition to the proper Mediterrean diet. It contains lipids, essential amino acids, dietary fiber and is also rich in minerals and Vitamins A and E.
